Central Illinois Manufacturing currently has opening for the following positions within the company:
Supervisor: We are looking for a Supervisor to become an integral member of our supervisory team. This position plays a key role in putting safety first, training and supervising employees, motivating employees, maintaining positive relationships, attaining targeted output, ensuring high quality and ensuring products meet specifications and ISO requirements. Good communication skills, work ethnics are essential. Must have demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and problem solve. If you want to be a part of an exciting safety, oriented organization this position may be for you. Receiving / Shipping: This is a full-time permanent Receiving / Shipping position with the ability to receive and distribute incoming materials; lift and /or move up to 65 lbs+; prior knowledge of UPS rules a plus; must be able to operate forklifts and non-CDL vehicles; must be detailed oriented; able to work independent; good math skills; good attendance; and Drivers License required.
